Processing Times:

Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order.

Shipping Times:

Your order will be shipped through the USPS. Specific shipping times will vary.

Economy (USPS mail postage stamp, NO tracking): approx. 7-10 days

Standard (USPS, tracking included): approx. 5-7 days

Tracking Products:

Once packages leave us, delivery dates and times are out of our control.  Please understand that we offer low, untracked shipping option for you because we understand how much shipping can cost. When you opt for untracked shipping, customers agree to bear the risks of an un-trackable and uninsured package. Thank you for your understanding.

Domestic Shipments with Tracking:

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Shipping carriers can sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later time.
  • Please allow 14 business days for the package to be delivered. If the package still has not arrived after the 14th business day, please reach out to olivelovekreative@gmail.com and we will be able to further assist you.
  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or cannot be located, please contact us via email at olivelovekreative@gmail.com and we will be able to further assist you.
  • Please note: we are not responsible for stolen packages.

Can I edit my shipping address?

Please reach out as soon as possible so we can look into it for you. If your package has already been shipped out, we are unable to adjust the shipping address.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO address?

Yes; however, transit times may take up to 30-45 business days. Please ensure the address is completely correct!

Holiday Season Shipping:

During the months of November and December, you may experience shipping delays due to the holidays, influx of orders, and shipping carriers needing additional time to get your package to you. Rest assured, we are working to ensure we package and process your orders as quickly as possible!
